We have many years’ experience with making Sporting Tweed Garments and have wanted to produce the ultimate shooting coat since we first became established. Here it is. Not to be confused with less expensive examples. No compromise, field tested over a long period of time and proven in the field. It features top quality Porter and Harding Pure Wool Hartwist Tweed cloth, a silent breathable water resistant inner membrane with taped seams, storm cuffs, storm flap, real Loden collar, Pure Wool lining and quilted sleeve linings. A very warm weatherproof coat. It’s not just for Field Sports of course, our customers wear our tweeds for all manner of occasions and uses.

    Excellent on all accounts. I find it a little below the mark, though when it comes to breathability. Apart from that a superb piece of the British textile industry.
