PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment Methods

Payments are taken through Stripe secure payment gateway which includes all major credit and debit cards including American Express as well as Paypal. No credit card details are stored by Bookster.

Tax

PRICES INCLUDE VAT @ 20% for UK Customers.

 BREXIT 20% Tax/border charges for EU Customers, Bookster will cover any other addtional costs at EU Border.  CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK or EU WILL NOT PAY VAT BUT THE PRICE SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT INCLUDE VAT WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED DURING CHECKOUT. Local Customs Charges may apply when receiving your order.

Payment Processing

For Ready to Wear items; full payment is required at checkout and your items will be despatched within 48 hours unless otherwise notified.

For Custom Tailored items; you can either pay in full at checkout and we will send you tracking once your item is despatched.

If you prefer you can pay a 50% Deposit at checkout and 50% Balance prior to delivery. We will contact you to arrange the balance once your order is ready.  To pay your 50% deposit please enter the Coupon Code 50DEPOSIT.  If you have another Coupon Code to use then please contact us and we will set up a special code for you.

Delivery

Custom items are usually ready to despatch within 7 weeks. Please get in touch if you need your order for a special occasion. 

Ready to Wear items are usually despatched within 2 days.

We deliver Worldwide.  Shipping is charged at a Fixed Rate. 

Smaller items such as cloth samples are delivered free of charge. Delivery method will be by Courier or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be sent at time of shipping.

United States and Canada £38

ROW £45

Lower rates for lightweight items can be chosen by selecting Ship by Weight.

Returns:

All ready to wear items can be returned unworn for a refund of the sale price.  Please contact us for instructions.

Custom items - We e strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are unsure of your sizing, we will work with you to achieve the best fit.  Very occasionally we will alter or remake an order.  Our priority is a happy customer and an excellent quality garment.
